So one month ago today I was blazing the streets of Chicago. Blazing, as in running in 85 degrees for 26.2 miles. What have I done since then...............ran a big whopping 20 miles in 30 days. How sad is that?
The wonderful part about today though is , my 3 year old took a nap and I got on the treadmill. 5 miles 47:21.
I needed that so much. I have realized that I need a schedule- can't wait until the end of December for the "true" marathon training to start. I need it to start NOW. 5 miles has never felt so good.

After my marathon on dec 5, i will take a vacay from running. My body needs the rest for sure haha! I'll get back on training come january 2011.
